Sir,
With due regard i would like to draw your attention towards my grievance with your marchent link a/c. I am using A/c No 20475456441 in your marchent link my bank on 20/08/2018 at 1841 hrs. I made wallet tranction with wallet id 20184772933 and accdly the amount of 2354.33/- was deducted in my wallet but he same amount of 2354.33/- not yet settled with my bank account.
In this regard i made a lot of communication on your helpline NO 012033663377with the following complaint NO. 07001030, 06985625, 069427641,06827285, 06811314, 06850013, 07037490, 07046516, 06942764, 07080412, 07083281,07122770 and,07102796 . In spite of all these efforls/wasting my precious time, no fruitful result have been received yet. In this condition why not i should go to consumer court for settlement of my out standing dues and penalty for wastage of my precious time. . Hence, this requested to kly settle the above matter at the earliest.
