On dated 23rd Sept 2018, I received a call on my wife’s phone number (XXXX375) from some Ms Kirti 8860069954. She claimed to be from Vodafone and asked me about the pending bill of my phone 944XXXX005. During this call some Ms Swati and a Mr Rahul also spoke with me but while communicating with them Rahul said “GAND MARA”. I don’t have time to write a detailed complaint, hence am enclosing the Recording of that particular call. But please bear in mind that paucity of time will not stop me from taking up the matter at higher level. Hopefully my complaint will be given due weighted and an amicable solution will be devised.
