As per Jio POCO F1 offer I bought POCO F1 phone and after confirming jio offer with jio customer care service I recharged on my jio number 7735850644. After recharge I didn’t get benefited of jio POCO F1 offer. After this I complained to jio customer care and their senior exucutive. Then he apologised me and told me that I will get my offer within 2 days. After 2 days i didn’t get benefited so i called then they people gave me one day. After one day i didn’t get benefited . So i complained on jio chat as customer care service I talked to 12 to 13 times with them but I got only one message from them that is (Our team is looking into the matter the service request is still open. Please do not worry, our team will resolve the same at the earliest. Is there anything else I may help you with? Yes, our team is looking into the matter at the moment. You will get the update shortly. You will get an update regarding the same within 48 hours.) Every time when I am complaining i get these type of response.

Still my issue haven’t resolved. I recharged on 15th September 2018 and today is 27th September 2018. Because of this offer i bought new phone but i didn’t get benefited. So kindly take necessary action to jio and Jio have to give my offer as compensation for delay.

you will only get the coupouns if the first sim u insert in the phone is jio and recharge the no. using my jio app. recharge amount must be 198 or 299 only.
Is it applicable for existing jio customers also?
I inserted a year old jio sim in a 2-3 month old poco f1 phone which previously had other Sims.
The first recharge after the jio sim was inserted gave me the coupons. Queued up recharges do not count for free data offer. There is some limitation on the amount too.
