Text of Complaint by I Singh:

I had placed an order yesterday. The entire value of the order for Rs. 1021 was paid in advance. The delivery boy never called me. I have phone call logs to prove this. I got a call from a Mumbai number, I could not answer the same, since I was in the washroom. I did call back in 5 mins, but that number was not getting through. I got a call at 7.06 and called back at 7.13

I opened the app and saw the order cancelled. I immediately called the hotel, whose number was mentioned in the app. They gave me the delivery boys number. I offered to pick the parcel up. He refused. All this happened within a span of 10 mins.
I tried the chat help as well. Nobody helped.
Request complete refund.
