Dear Representative,
I have placed an order no.408-0400895-4512365 on dt.20th October 2020 for Spotzero Milton Mop-1 No. in Amazon E-Comm App. But I have not received the item but as per Amazon it is showing delivered. Secondly I have also not received any intimation of SMS of delivery. As per Amazaon App shows the shipment is shipped through Shree Maruti Courier vide Docket No.20206200752278. So I have checked the shipment tracking on Shree Maruti Courier Site & it is showing the item was delivered at Kanpur whereas I am staying at Thane, Maharashtra.
I have called many times on Amazon help lines initially they told me that your ordered item on the way and you will get by 4th to 10th November & I have also informed them that shipment showing delivered in my Amazon App, on that they told me that it is system issue.
After 10th of November I again called Amazon call centre for non receipt of item & now they are saying that the item was delivered. I have also mailed Amazon on 10th November with reminder regarding the non delivery of order & secondly I have also contacted seller through Amazon App on 17th November. But till date no response received.
I would like to escalate this with Consumer Court now, please support me resolving this issue.
