ordered a Redmi note 8 pro mobile fromyesphone21.com on dated 6th nov 2019 for rs 13490/-

But there is no update for my order till now,
I also try to contact them thought contact number and email id support@yesphone21.comprovided on the website. Neither the number working nor the email id is genuine. I received my order confirmation on 8th Nov 2019 from this website by email id “[support@yesphons21.com] but when i reply to this email id the email was not sent to this email id, it means they are fraud.
I made payment by debit card as per transaction details below:

All the above information and on searching for afraz enterprises online i found that there is no way to contact them that is why, they are 100% fraud.
Sir i lost my rs 13490/- and not got mobile till now. So i request you to please help me so that i can got my money back from this fraud merchant.
