Dear sir,
My registered no. On application is 9992734348
I am palying games in MPL application.
1. I lost money there due to connection issues which usually faced only in MPL gaming only. Many of times I complained at there customer service center but no action had been taken from there side.
They only said that we registered your complaint but when I call them next time they said theres no complaint registered here or say there is one complain which is resolved. Amount of loss is about 3000 rs. Which is to be refundable from MPL but not refunded till date.
2. My money had been deducted due to some technical issues automatically from walet and no money had been refunded from them till date.
