I had ordered a National Geographic reference map from amazon.in with Order Number: 407-3209012-9602768 on 4th June 2020. The product was sold by Klamp Ecommerce (Address – B 57, Shanti Industrial Estate, S.N. Road, Tambe Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080). The product was promised to get delivered between 23rd to 28th June. When it was not delivered on time, I registered feedback on the seller’s Amazon account and enquired about my order. Instantly I heard back from the seller, who was not interested in providing me the details and whereabouts of my order but instead kept on asking me to remove the feedback as it was hurting their reputation. I was literally harassed by continuous callbacks from the seller to remove the feedback.  I refused to budge and agreed to only change my feedback once I receive the product,  the seller just canceled my order. When I inquired about my product on the 2nd of July to amazon customer service it is now telling me that my order got lost in transit. This is a clear case of revenge from the Global Klamp on account of my poor feedback on their profile on Amazon.

This was a gift to my 8-year-old child and has caused tremendous mental distress to him as well as to me. I need my order to be delivered as soon as possible and the total refund of product money as well as compensation for the mental distress which I have suffered due to this awful experience.
