I had placed an Order via PayTm ONDC Application / Facility on 09-March-2024, they said I will receive my order on 10-March-2024, at around 09:59 Am. There has been no status update from PayTm’s end. I call the Restaurant (Oven Story Pizza, Dhayari) with whom the order was placed, they claim that they did not receive any order via the ONDC facility. I want full refund of my Order.
