Hi! I recently ordered a product on Paytm, which was prepaid, whose expected delivery was supposed to be on 24th Sept, 2018. The order status in the application showed ‘Delivered’ on the 24th, but the order was not received by me or any of my family members. I also tried reconfirming with my neighbours and waited for 24hrs as suggested in the application’s helpline. Still after not receiving my order I tried contacting the delivery person that was supposed to deliver the order namely ‘Javed sumit’, as mentioned in the tracking details that i have attached, but the guy did not receive my call. And later when I kept calling he received it and told me he would ask his guy about it (but took no delivery details from me). The solution to the problem is not easily available on the app or anywhere on the site. I tried calling the helpline number several times, waiting for more than 30 mins for my call to connect to the agent, but all i heard is ” Dear customer, due to high call volume all our customer care agents are currently busy. We request you to reach us via the app” and the application suggests to wait for 24 hours everytime you click on the ‘Order status-Delivered, but not received the order’ or call on the helpline number. Its a loop.
Its 28th Sept today, been 4 days and now the app says that i had to report at the help center within 3 days and that now nothing can be done. I now feel helpless.
