Text of Complaint by Johanna:

I PAID LIC PREMIUM USING PAYTM ON 6TH APRIL FOR MY LIC POLICY. WITHIN 2 DAYS AM SUPPOSED TO GET THE RECEIPT. TILL NOW, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NOBODY IS RESPONDING TO THE CALLS.

PLEASE SEND ME THE RECEIPT FOR THE LIC POLICY AMOUNT PAID RS. 7620/-. I
PAID THE PREMIUM ON 6TH APRIL BUT HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE RECEIPT.
