I liked one patola saree and wanted to place order for the same hence texted them over WhatsApp. 1st day they just replied saying the availablilty of product and told me to do payment over google pay to this number 9940181966 and on asking on shipping day etc they sent voice msg that within 3-5 days the order will be shipped. I had done payment for one Patola saree worth Rs 1150 including shipping charges as well . Once payment is made they are not confirming me any details of my order nor taken any details of my shipping address. However I tried calling them on their business account WhatsApp number as well as their google pay number on which payment was made. The call is ringing but no response even in WhatsApp these people are online and don’t respond. This is so pathetic and unethical business and scam these people do. Either I want my money back or I want the saree I had places for order. If no action is taken by consumer court on this complaint then their is no value for our money or this complaint such cheater wil keep cheating which would never have end.
