Order no. 403-4907727-4211563 was cancelled on 5th of August . But no refund has been initiated. Order no. 403-7485715-8921116 was also cancelled. I got cancellation confirmation through SMS and Mail. But the order status hasn’t been updated since . Multiple call with customer care were entirely friutless as they were not competent enough. Leave aside the payment that was made through the card, even the payment that was paid through Amazon pay hasn’t been refunded
