I ordered 2 nike slippers from Paytm mall , I made the payment online and it arrived after some days . After the package arrived I found out that the slippers were fake so I filed for a return and it was initiated within an hour they took the package with included both the slippers but only gave refund for one. I have been trying to reach them and getting no response from them. No help , nothing. They replied at first saying they are working on it but after that I have got no reply from them.
