I had ordered 2 ton voltas split ac order ID 107159154 on 8th January 2020 & paid Rs 46214/-. They have cancelled my order mentioning address is not correct but actually product was not at all dispatched.
They have mailed me courier Delhivery W.B. No.1737210436030 but courier has informed me on mail that product is not at all handed over to them.
Also now they are saying that my refund is successful on 16 January 2020 but till today’s date i.e. 19 January it is not refunded in my bank account.
Even after making full payment 12 days back they are mentally disturbing me b neither returning my paid amount nor delivering the product which was assured to deliver on 13 January 2020.
