It was only yesterday when I had to withdraw 1000 Rupees from bank hence forth I went to the mini bank near Primary School , Oodlabari, where I was informed that my bank account wasn’t linked to Aadhar Card while I had previously linked it to my Aadhar Card . Hence I was asked to visit the home branch of SBI where I visited the service manager who checked and informed me that it was linked to my bank account.
Further when I visited the mini branch again , I was told that my Aadhar Card was not linked yet so I told him what the service manager had told me, to which he gave me a slip and asked me to show that to the service manager.
I went to the home brach of SBI again but this time the service manager didn’t even listen to me and instead shouted on me saying that he could not help me . When I further enquired about whom should I seek my help from, *he clearly refused help me* in any way even if I complain against him.
This is not only about me but *the service manager has previously misbehaved with a lot of people from our village who are unable to file a complaint due to their illiteracy* . He is seen handling the people while being busy in a phone call .
I hope that this information would surely bring some solution to the inconvenience caused to all the people visiting the home branch of SBI , Oodlabari.
