From last one month there has been slow, very slow internet connection in my locality. Internet is a very basic requirement now a days and because of that it has affected the daily work. I had called the customer care several times but all i get to hear is, ” We are having network issues in your locality and we’ll try to fix it as soon as possible”, but never got an accurate answer. It’s weird that when I call someone then the internet works and I had shared this with one of the employee. That’s why I have to call some helpline number and use the internet everytime.
