I made a booking through agoda website which amounted to Rs. 76,990.23 on 18th September 2021. I made the payment through the credit card and instantly received information from the bank about the amount being dedcuted from my account and the merchant’s name was ‘Retail Domestic PT Mumbai’.
After numeorus calls I checked with both my bank and Agoda, the bank mentioned that the transaction has been sucessful and the funds have been wired, where as Agoda’s team mentioned that there is no boooking in my name and they have not received the funds.
