Dear Sir,
This informs you that My Loan has been approved by you and advised me for submission of loan agreement charges for rs.2500/- and immediately submitted fees vide Ref. No.ACP6528965121 dt.07.09.2021 after that you ask for file charges for Rs.3800/- videRef.No. 587488469 but till date I am not able to pay. But my question is How many days you will refund For Rs.2500/- the fees of file Agreement charges amount.
