WE HAVE GIVEN SEVERAL COMPLAINS TO VODAFONE WITH REGARDS TO OUR VODAFONE NETWORK ISSUE IN OUR OFFICE PREMISE, BUT EVERYTIME AFTER OUR COMPLAIN VODAFONE SENDS A SMS SAYING THAT THE COMPLAIN HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITHOUT THE ISSUE BEING RESOLVED OR EVEN CHECKED WITH US. WE ARE USING A CORPORATE ACCOUNT WITH MORE THAN 9 NUMBERS IN OUR OFFICE PREMISES AND NONE OF THE NUMBERS ARE WORKING WITH OUR BUSINESS COMMUNICATION TOTALLY DEAD.

EVEN AFTER GIVING SO MANY COMPLAINS VODAFONE IS LEAST BOTHERED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WE WOULD LIKE TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER AS WE ARE PAYING THE BILLS OF ALL THE NUMBERS WITH OUR ANY NETWORK AVAILABILITY.
