Dear Team,
I have raised request on 21st December 2018, Regarding issue with my SIM card, i am not getting proper network (4G) as well as not able connect calls and also not getting out coming calls. Some times it will connect but not able here proper voice. And also communication time vice breaking problems coming.
Were again i given request on 25th December same issue, but still i am not getting any service call from back end team.
And yesterday (29/12/2018) i visited Vodafone Store ,Cunningham Road, Bangalore. Store Manager not given services properly. He said we cant give services his name is Mr. Usman. So, again i visited to RT Nagar Store and they said SIM problem is there. So, they gave me duplicate same number SIM card.
But still that issue not resolved i am facing still same problem, if its not resolved this problem within EOD i will change the operators.
Kindly do needful on these…
