I have been using my Idea sim more than a decade. and SIM have lifetime validity. Today 29.12.2018 got a message that your outgoing calls and data services validity will expire on 30.12.2018 while there is sum balance in account.
This is highly unethical, I purchased idea sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. Need to file a complaint against cheating and life long validity should be restored to existing customer.
