Text of Complaint by Akshara Abhimanyu:

Dear Sir,
This is reference to my shopping order no. 6217456499 which i placed on 7th october 2018. Order delivery due date was 23rd October which was dispatched through Delhivery International AWB no. 2141410506763. When tracking the order there is no progress after 15th october 2018 and it says ‘Package not received from Client’.
After making repetitive enquiry on your 24×7 helpline num and text , there is absolutely no response from your end nor from the courier partner. Call on customer care num is not being answered. Its been 6days over the delivery due date and I have no idea of product delivery nor I am able to get any help on the status from PayTm.
This is a high negligence customer service from such a reputed brand. As a frequent customer its highly disappointing for me. I request you to take appropriate action against this and update me regarding the same. Or I will have to escalate the matter to higher level.
I am hereby enclosing the screenshot of order status on your courier delivery partner website and my complaint status on your 24×7 website.
