I was made a payment of bob credit card bill of 10754 on 1 Jan 2024 but it was cancelled and Paytm initiated refund on 5 Jan 2024. Today 11 Jan 2024 and the amount is not credited to my account. When I talk to paytm customer care they are not providing the solution and cut my call. Pls help to provide resolution so that I get my payment back.
