My order ID 170210677608375 of jabong is this and my case is that i ordered A pair of shoes from jabong but due to size issue i returned it then after 20 days jabong called my and said we cannot refund U because your shoes was defective/ Dirty but i simply said if it is Dirty please send me the proof of that but no they simple refused and in between this they Send me my shoes back to me without informing me and i simply refused the order as our case was going on As i want the case to first close and then what the discussion would be we will agree but after refusing the order which was on 27 feb they said we will not send u the product back and MY MONEY IS GONE Which Was around 5000 Rs. So now i been a consumer is feeling helpless against the company and i am also concerned that if jabong is not semding my product Back it means thay have sold it to some other Consumer. And i feel Sad about that consumer. So i Akash Rishi want a strict action against the company for misbehaving with consumer and selling other consumer defective product
