Hi Sir,
I have bought a Kenstar cooler in May 2015, in that I got a defective wheel for that, I have made a complaint to the call center.
They sent a technician, he made a temporary fix and closed the ticket. Later on using the cooler, the wheel also got damaged and
the door locks are broken. So I made a call to the call center and made a complaint on 10-Mar-2016, They came on 18-Mar-2016 and
fixed only wheels and closed the ticket, while closing they promised me that they will provide the door locks in 2 days, but they
simply skipped the promise. Again on doing multiple calls they created a new ticket for the Door locks on 27-Mar-2016, For this
ticket they are saying that they did not get the spares from the Head office and they cant fix the issue. I have made N – number
(min 100)of calls to
1. Mr Ranjeeth (service center manager)
2. Mr Jaya Prakash (ADM)
3. Mr Prasad (Manager)
4. Mr Harshit (Delhi) and
5. Call Center
Even I have posted on Twitter and Facebook, they did not even tried to close the ticket. Now my cooler has got damaged more because
of no Door locks. I want to file a case on them in consumer courts.
Please help me to to fix the issue and get the compensation for all the inconvenience.
