On 15th of July I had placed an order with Satori Box…but had received a msg that my payment was failed…but the amount was deducted from my account which I got to know from my bank statement..although I had received a msg with order id…that order is confirmed…but there was no confirmation about shipping and delivery….so when I checked with the seller they say that the product is already delivered although I did not receive it and they do not have any proof of delivery and order details in their website…just that I was charged for the product
