Order prodect Sub Order ID 371018992768_1
Cash on delivery
While placing order pin code was showing delivery allowed. Order was done and I have received product but it was different than what was ordered. I have initiated refund same day of delivery but now they are saying pin code is not in delivery area and asking me to manually send the product. This is clear breach and not refunding my amount. After several calls there senior customer care executive Pallavi has accepted that it’s problem created from there side and there is no issue from customer. Asking customer to fix there courier issue and do there manual work is not right and I don’t agree. There is a massive fraud happening at meeso in post sale service. I’m no more interested in there product and need refund. Pickup and delivery should be at same location where they have delivered.
