Text of Complaint by Shrishti Soni:

I have ordered momos from pizza hut at 10:34pm or so. After 40mins the restaurant tried to call me and tell me that the item i ordered was out of stock but i coudnt receive as the app didnt sent me any such notifications. Later when i filed a complaint that my order is late the zomato executive told me to wait as both restaurant and delivery boy was not picking up his calls. I called the agent but he didn’t receive my call i again called him and he let me talk to the restaurant. On that ph call the person from pizza hut asked me to cancel the order as it was out of stock. This all took an hour or so. Although they refunded my amount but they wasted my time and most importantly i had to sleep empty stomach that night.
