respect Sir/Madam
I have purchase some item from jio mart, and i have make a payment through Paytm dated 23rd-Nov-2021, after some time I have got message from Jio Mart in My registered mobile no. that your order with Order Id 16376691960125330A. Total Amount: Rs. 1200 deducted from my account. But unfortunately after some days they have cancelled my order without my permission and till date they have not refund my amount. After that I have complaint many times to jio mart and they have given me response that, a refund has already been processed against your order No. 16376691960125330A. The ARN no. for the same is 20211124111212801300168991377718740. But till that date i have not get any refund of my amount. So please look over the whole matter. And provide me the same information on my registered mail ID.
