Text of Complaint by Priti Vishwakarma:

My name is Priti Vishwakarma. On 2nd October 2020 around 12:35pm I ordered a product from avira clothing store, order id is :- AC0003855 and i have done the payment for the same via Razorpay cards_upi_netbanking_wallets_ — Rs. 897.00

his e-mail id is :-care.aviraclothing.com@gmail.com.

And now after 13 days there is no updation of the product from there side and they’re not even responding to the e-mails, and neither their web site is opening, nor their facebook page is found again.

Kindly do the neccesary investigation regarding the same and help me getting the refund and save the consumers from such frauds if they do exists… will look forward for your co operation and will be thankful for the same
