My Large Order#1082180543 was partially fulfilled and haven’t received any update or refund for the same from Zomato. In the order 2 Jumbo chicken biryani’s and 3 veg biryani’s were missing. When contacted zomato through chat they mentioned the restaurant is closed and cannot confirm anything and said they will get back to us with an update the next day once they speak to the restaurant. however we haven’t received any update yet. When we try to initiate a chat with the Customer Care through chat our previous chat conversations have been deleted and also previous orders are also not showing up. When we contact the Zomato customer care again now they say they cant do anything now as its too late. They are cheats who cheat their customers.
I need a solve for this ASAP that’s the reason approaching for help.
