I have ordered SPACEX XXXL Elega For Adults Teardrop Bean Bag With Bean Filling(order id: OD124923824608950000). I ordered it on May 13th and now June 1 still no information about my product.. The product cost is 2300₹ and i have already paid it fully.. they just keep telling problem with delivery department… It was shipped on May 16th and its been 14 days and still telling to wait for 7 more days..I have not ordered this product from some other country to take such a long time… As i enquired the product is from a company called Excel Ventures from Noida and ordered it to OOTY… Its been 17 days since i ordered and again they just asking me to wait 7 more days.. Their only resolution is keep waiting….. In this whenever i text support via flipkart and call them just no resolution and the highlight is i couldn’t cancel this order… Am shifting from bangalore to ooty is the main reason i ordered so it can be easily delivered in my home.. if this waiting is the case i could have got it directly instead of ordering from flipkart..
To adding this today June 1(8:28 am) i received a call from a executive and i said connect to manager since there was no response from employees… A girl executive was speaking and asked me to wait on line and i was waiting like an idiot for 5 mins and at-last they disconnected the call… I have the screenshot and have attached all the conversation and order detail along with this mail…Am not asking to give my order at-least cancel the order so i can get new one… Now am completely left behind believing Flipkart will be the best platform to order this…
Flipkart is the worst experience i have ever had in my life till now…
