Text of Complaint by Swapnil prafful Wandre:

I have ordered chicken tandoori from local hotel name tic tac in Kolhapur on 16th of August at around 10.35 to 10.39 pm and the order will delivered within 30 mins the swiggy said I have waited and called that hotel tic tac for my order but order was not ready then I call swiggy delivery boy named Abhishek the phone was not reachable after few time at 11.08 pm i received the message that my order was delivered superfast in 14 mins so I called up that delivery boy the number provided by 7947485609 he said that this is wrong number I was so hungry and frustrated at that time so I called up the swiggy helpline he said sorry for inconvenience sir I have asked him to arrange me the same food he said the hotels are close then I have asked him for my refund he said It will take 4 to 7 days for refund my time was wasted as well as I have to stand in rain for order and my bus was missed because of this swiggy order. Today was the last day of 7days but yet they have not refunded me my alligations on swiggy are they need to refund my money with intrest of 7days and I also need payback for my gone time and my missing of bus and standing in rain .
