My second Amazon account (javi_custom@hotmail.com) was hacked and the hacker changed the password and enabled the two factor verification (2FV) so I couldn’t get in. I reached customer service about it and they referred it to an account specialist, who contacted me via email making me able to change the password and claiming to disable the 2FV, but it was still on. I replied explaining the issue several times and got no response until they finally replied with the exact same template I got the first time, and 2FV was still on. I’ve explained the issue SEVERAL times to customer service over a month but they just dodge and ignore me, so I can’t access my own account to delete it and this random hacker may still have access to my account and information.
