I have ordered one item through Amazon , and i have payment also by EMI.. Product was suppose to deliver within 25 july to 31 july..Now i got email saying item not in stock and don’t know when it will be available..So what should i do now.. Please tell me that..

If product is not in stock why do you want to sell it.. It’s cheating..I spoke with customer care also,even they don’t have any idea when the product will get delivered. So whom should i contact now ?

From customer service they have asked me to cancel the order. All these day’s i was waiting for my product it’s so pathetic to hear this from Amazon..I was not expected these kind of cheating from Amazon..Even If i cancel my order ,my bank will charge EMI conversion charge and emi charge extra. All these happened only because Amazon. What should I do now.. Please tell me if you have atleast some responsibility towards customer..
