its been more than months i have been visiting airtel office. the customer care is bullshit doesn’t make you contact with actual person but robot it is freaking frustrating. if you don’t pay bill on time they will file a case against you but when I asked for my money back which they made me pay for two different accounts which I don’t even use. they didn’t even respond. why do they even run the company idk it should be shut such horrible shit. money is hard-earned. and airtel company is best known for looting. Instead of investing money on advertisement they should invest in giving good sevices.
