I’m unable to log in to my account through the app, error says “user verification failed”.
When I checked online I came to know that maybe it is blocked due to fraud.
I didn’t do any fraud but as far as I remember I returned one USB cable recently which I bought believing it was USB 3.0 (The product page clearly says it’s 3.0) but turn out to be USB 2.0 so I returned it.
I returned it as I received it, but later I came to know they had sent me a different color, and my return was rejected.
Later as instructed by the courier guy I changed my reason when requesting to return as completely different product.
Maybe For this, Meesho blocked my account?
When I called their customer care they refused to provide any reason for blocking my account and she just said “You are blocked you can’t access your account, you can’t return anything you already bought, if you want more info search Google”.
I want my account must be unblocked ASAP or just accept the return that I bought recently.
