Sir/Mam,

With reference to the above, I would like to know why Jio Mart had not initiated any of the refunds till date?
The Jio Mart app as well as the Whatsapp messenger service shows that the status as Returned but no information about refund and no has been refunded to my sudexo acount.

Please find below, the details of the orders which are eligible for refunds :-

Order ID : 15998031139030971A

Refund Amount : Rs 8.41
Order Date : 11 September 2020

Refund Amount : Rs. 846.15
Order Date : 11 September 2020

All the orders were done through sudexo account.
A total amount of Rs 846.15 needs to be refunded to my account.

I have tried to contact customer support, emailed to cs@jiomart.com & cshead@jiomart.com to which they replied that refund has been initiated, even the Jiomart app states that the Returned and there is no information about refund. But no amount has been credited to my soudexo account.
