Text of Complaint by Anil:

GOLDEN ENTERPRISES.

I have applied by Part Time work i.e Form filling and Data entry, on Quikr.

On 2/09/2020 I got a call from Liza Patel from Golden Enterprises. She said that I got your no. from Quikr.com and said I am calling from Golden Enterprises, Ahmedabad Gujarat and we provide a online form filling home base work and told me that you have to fill 700 forms in 7 days and company will give concession of 10% mistake i.e. out of 700 form you have to fill 630 forms without mistake. Further she said that if you fails to do so or you fails to submit the form then your Quality Check (QC) will be failed and as a penalty you have to pay a Rs4700/- (it’s a onetime only) and your ID will permanently deleted from server thus you can’t work with the company and if you succeeded (Quality Check passed) then you need not to pay any amount company will pay you @ Rs20/- for each correct form after deducting Rs. 4700/-. For same she asked address proof and Email ID.

03/09/2020, I received a call and she told me that your registration has been done now you will receive a call from our verification team and please agree with her, after that I will help you to continue your work, if you have any doubt, then ask me after that but don’t ask her anything because she is an angry woman & after 2-3 minutes I received a call, She said if you login from multiple device then your agreement will cancelled and you have to pay the registration fees, then she ask me was I agree or not? I told yes. After that I received a mail of agreement from email agreement@onlineformfilling.co.in Then the first one(female) call me and told to click on sign agreement for same, I click on sign in another email comes from agreement@onlineformfilling.co.in two documents on email

1. Download Legal Agreement

2.Download Acceptance Copy attached in email.

After that I received an email from info@eworkme.com which contains a login id & password and my activated account. I have been asked to complete the same in 7days i.e. upto 10 Sep 2020. I started the work. On 8^th Sep 2020 I submitted the project and on 09^th Sep 2020 I received the message that Your QC Fails.

Next day I received a call from Miss/Mrs Sweta Sharma (Mobil no. 9175551277), and says that Your Quality Check is not cleared and offered me that If I Pay Rs5750/- (refundable with the already earned money), then she will clear QC and made the agreement for further work. Then I informed her that as per agreement if I Fails QC than I have to pay Rs.4700/- only not Rs5750/-. Then she told that she will Qualify my QC and allow me to work with the company further.

I pay the same amount and confirmed her about the payment. Then she told me that now your QC will be cleared and today cease work you will get Payment of your work and this deposited amount and continued that for this you will get a call from our side for NOC and insisted me to please take NOC else your payment will not be released. Around 03:15 PM same day a call from mobile no. 9766540365 received. She asked, are you agreed for work. I confirmed.

Then she asked to submit my Address proof and she told me that I have to pay Rs9400/- as a security money for next work and same will be refunded to you after completion of Second work. I informed her that I have already paid Rs.5750/- as a security amount. Then she told that that amount you will return today after NOC. But Rs9400/- you will be refunded after second work. If you agree than only you will get NOC and all you amount i.e Rs14000+5750/-. I agreed and paid the amount and confirmed.

Then again, I called her for status of NOC then she informed me that I have to come to Gujrat for signing the agreement of work. For which I told her that presently it’s not possible. The she asked me to pay 7200 for managing the things and asked me to sign on white paper with black pen and send me on whatsApp. I don’t have any option so I did and Paid.

Again, I received a call from Mobile no. 9604688728 (Miss/Mrs Kriti), she threating me about case has been done in Delhi Arbitrary, Patiala house under section 73, 74, 75 and for clearance of these you have to come to Delhi. I informed her, as soon as I will get the reservation I will come. Then she insists that you have to come tomorrow. The I told her it is not possible for me to come tomorrow.   The she said that you pay Rs 16530 for clearance of section i.e. 73,74,75.

There after again a call with mobile no. 848780248 on 11 Sep 2020 received from Sapna claiming she is speaking from Delhi Arbitrary Patiala house. she asked to pay Rs 10500 for clearance of case which was already filed by company in Court. As up to now I have already paid more then 10 Times of agreed upon amount i.e. Rs4700/- on QC fails. Thus, off late I realised that there is no end of this so I stop talking to them.

But now I have received a call form a new no. viz. 8180932706 etc. claiming they are speaking from Delhi Arbitrary, Patiala house and threatening me for clearing the company dues otherwise they will send the Police in my house and informed me that that a case has been filed for penalty Rs380000 as I have not cleared the company amount.

But as of now I have not received any notice by post. Don’t know what to do pls suggest and requested to take legal action against these types of Companies to save innocent, unemployed hard-pressed jobseekers.
