I had ordered 3 items. The delivery time showed 30 minutes but tool more than 55 minutes. Over than, ALL the three items delivered were wrong. What is even worse is that they delivered egg omlette where as all items ordered were vegetarian.
Upon contacting the customer care, the guy was rude and asked for pictures. I sent him the pictures and he says that that is not an egg omlette. and he kept repeating.
The order value was INR 253. They gace me coupons for INR 69 + INR 22 = INR 91.
Where is my remaining money? Firstly, they delivered wrong items. Plus they’re STEALING your money as well?
I want a full refund, apology and compensation for the harassment and mental trauma.
