I added 300 rupees on 26/09/2018 using net banking to my paytm wallet. The bank confirmed the transaction as successful.
When I made the transaction, in my paytm wallet, it was showing processing but after 5 minutes the transaction disappeared and the money was not added.
When I called paytm customer care then they said that the transaction was never made.
I want to complain against paytm since the transaction was showing as processing and just after 5 mins it disappeared. Paytm is a big fraud and I want to teach them a lesson.
