i am a post paid user of airtel. when my handset got damaged i apply for the airtel secure claim but my claim was rejected as my phone invoice name and airtel user name was different. i told then this was a gifted phone so it is different but they rejected in the case of 2nd hand ownership. then after few time i asked airtel to disconnect my connection as i am unable to get secure benefits. insist of disconnecting they furnished false information by assuring me you will get claim have patience. for 16 days they kept me in deception, i sent the call recordings to airtel as an evidence but at the end i received a call from their team for apology that they misguided me. and when i asked about the time and money i wasted just because of your misguidance then they replied we cant help you anymore in this matter you can proceed your complaint in consumer court.
so this is the way to deal with customer…!!!
