Dear Team,

It is very pathetic still I am waiting for my money.

I have done transaction of 4000/- INR through credit card on 26.03.2018 for paytm recharge.

AMOUNT :- 4000/- INR

After successful recharge I have given the request for reversal & received the reversal request.

BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY AMOUNT TO MY CREDIT CARD.

IN THIS REGARD I HAVE WRITTEN MANY MAILS TO PAYTM BUT AFTR FEW DAYS THEY HAVE UPDATED ME WITH REVERSAL DETAILS AS

ARN/RRN No:- 85215228085812318815664

BUT BANK HAS CONFIRMED ME THAT THIS IS WRONG ARN NUMBER AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT FOR THIS SO KINDLY CONTACT PAYTM.
