Hello,
I have got my Airtel mobile recharged with lifetime validity package few years back which stated that “incoming messages and incoming calls will be free for lifetime” without any additional Terms and condition mentioned.
Now I got message that if you done recharged with unlimited or smart pack, incoming services will be stopped.
How can Airtel do this?
They have sold me a service product and now they are denying that services. This is a fraud.
Please take action against Airtel
