Text of Complaint by Kapil:

I have subscribed to alt balaji but the transaction failed and my money is also deducted from the account. Then I again take the subscription after a day and ask for the refund about the previous transaction.. Now the previous transaction is also showing successful.. Now I want my refund from the previous transaction.
