My name is Ratnadeep Chakraborty and My mobile number is 9433731847. I have been a customer of Vodafone for last 5 years and have been using Vodafone corporate postpaid connection. But, from previous month (October), Vodafone is sending very high bill amount to me.
When I called the customer care service last month, they told me that an offer was applied to my connection, which got expired this month. So, that was the reason of high bill amount. They also told that I must have received an SMS about notifying me about the offer expiration which I never received.
Anyway, I changed my plan from last month to avoid paying high bill amount, but surprisingly this month the bill amount was even more high. I got panicked and when I called up the customer care service, they started telling me that I made couple of international calls which caused extra call charge resulting into such high bill amount.
But, I know that those international calls and every time I am calling Vodafone Karnataka Customer care, they are telling me that “Yes, you have made those calls.” It looks like, they are forcing me to pay for a fault in their system and using me for their own benefit.
I seriously need consumer forum’s help in this regard, so I am writing this to you. Hope, you will be able to help me as soon as possible and stop all these kind of cheating that Vodafone Karnataka is doing to it’s customers.Image Uploaded by Ratnadeep Chakraborty:
