I was booking a ticket from LKO to DDN on 29th September via my yatra account and the sum of Rs 5145 was debited from my Bank via UPI to Yatra.com’s UPI ID but the booking was not reflected in my account as transaction failed but Yatra is not returning my money. There is no customer care Phone number also for their website
