I tried to add 5000₹ to my paytm wallet as i wanted to send money to another account. The amount was added to paytm gift vouchers instead of wallet. I can use that gift voucher for shopping only,i can’t transfer it to wallet or bank. I needed money in my account. On contacting customer care, I was told that my kyc is not complete. Due to incomplete kyc, money was transfered to gift vouchers. This all happened without my consent. This is clearly a fraud by paytm. I can use it for sbopping only, can’t send to account. Customer care says this money cant be reverted to bank account or paytm gift vouchersp
