Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Would like to take this opportunity to thank you Vodafone being one of the best network comparative other service provider and being a genuine customer for more than a decade and having 5nos of our family with the series contact nos 9167252215 / 16 / 17 / 18 / 19.

 

Also, being a loyal customer would like to intimate Vodafone that since last from 4-5 years the service at bottom level has gone for a toss due to Immaturity trend of hiring customer care executive atleast at a store-level up to Team Leader who are front face of Vodafone facing customers for solving their issues nor to create issues.

Coming to point I had postpaid connection with vodaphone, and the bill used generate was huge that I even had not that much usage for 9167252216 / 17 / 18, I had requested customer care but no use. Somehow I paid bills and requested for change to prepaid connection at Vodafone gallery on 10-04-2019 at Kandivali-Mahavir Nagar store. And same i was promised by the executive stating that within 48hrs the connection would be activated in pre-paid mode.

Again, after two months I started receiving calls from customer care stating there is a outstanding of approx Rs.1500/- for which I personally visited Vodafone on 28-06-2019 and informed about the last paid bill of Rs. 917/-, as expected the executive mentioned there is nothing updated/mentioned in the system for pre-paid connection which was intimated to me by the customer care on a call and same during our discussion I have been threaten and abusive language were used by the executive.

Finally, the senior executive have taken a note and provided me with 3nos Sim card for pre-paid connection  9167252216 / 17 / 18

and updated me that the charges would be reversible in 2-3days which is yet to be done.

This billing issue I’m facing since 3-4 years and every time after escalation things are sorted out. But, now its too much and high time looking at the market Vodafone should take care at ground level or one fine day it will vanish like other service providers due to such kind of treatment/false commitments given to customer.

Suggestion, legal team to please takeout all call recording for last 3 years done be me from 9167252218 and check the status. This will be as an evidence to take appropriate action again the un performer executive because of which customers are moving out of Vodafone services.

Hoping for a corrective action taken soon and activate my nos to pre-paid connection.
